PAH-degrading bacteria collected from the combined reactor

PAH-degrading consortium screened from the PAH-polluted soil was used to assemble the combined reactor concerning photocatalysis and biodegradtion. The bacterial community with different treatments collected from reactors were used to investigate the bacterial diversity and analyze difference among distinct samples. This study is meaning for develop novel technologies for engineering application.

从多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, PAH)污染土壤中筛选得到的PAH降解菌群，被用于构建光催化与生物降解联合反应器。采集经不同处理的反应器内的细菌群落，以探究细菌群落多样性并分析不同样本间的群落差异。本研究对开发工程应用的新型技术具有重要意义。
