a) 自QLT091001治疗开始后2个月内启动的至少连续2次随访。注：应答者分类包含1例基线时无法读出早期糖尿病视网膜病变研究（ETDRS）视力表上任意字母，但治疗后视力处于该表可测范围内的患者（患者401的双眼均存在RPE65缺陷症）；纳入标准要求最佳矫正视力（Best Corrected Visual Acuity，BCVA）至少达到3个字母评分，或通过光学相干断层扫描（Optical Coherence Tomography，OCT）/眼底自发荧光（Fundus Autofluorescence，FAF）证实存在存活的感光细胞层。主要等视线对应的功能性视网膜区域应答者（上图）与视力应答者（下图）。
