Whole genome sequencing and de novo assembly of the Australian rainforest tree, Syzygium oleosum, using 10x Chromium linked reads. Supernova v2 assembly of the data generated a 431 Mb draft genome (10.35% gaps) with a maximum scaffold size of 5.89 Mb, primary scaffold N50 of 976 kb (L50=98) and a primary scaffold BUSCO (v2.0.1 short) completeness estimate of 93.2% (4.5% missing). Pseudodiploid processing of the assembly generated non-redundant alternative scaffolds for 187 Mb (43.3%) of the assembly, with an N50 of 1.94 Mb (L50=30, 13.35% gaps, 65.1% BUSCO complete; 33.2% BUSCO missing).

利用10x Chromium链接读长测序技术对澳大利亚雨林树种香蒲桃(Syzygium oleosum)开展全基因组测序与从头组装。依托所获数据通过Supernova v2软件完成组装,得到总长431 Mb的草图基因组,其中序列缺口占比10.35%;该组装的最大支架序列长度为5.89 Mb,初级支架N50值为976 kb(L50=98),初级支架的BUSCO(Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs)v2.0.1短版本完整度评估结果为93.2%,缺失序列占比4.5%。对该组装结果进行假二倍体处理后,为组装序列中187 Mb(占比43.3%)的区域生成了非冗余替代支架序列,该序列的N50值为1.94 Mb(L50=30),序列缺口占比13.35%,BUSCO完整度为65.1%,缺失序列占比33.2%。
