CTCF/CP190 and ISWI dependent regulation of nucleosome occupancy [MNase-seq]

MNase-seq was performed in order to analyze changes in nucleosomal occupancy after depletion of CTCF/P190 and ISWI from Drosophila S2 cells MNase-seq from Drosophila S2 nuclei after CTCF/CP190 or ISWI-specific RNAi treatment为探究果蝇S2细胞中CCCTC结合因子（CTCF）/P190与ISWI基因敲低后核小体占据率的变化，本研究实施了微球菌核酸酶测序（MNase-seq）；该数据集涵盖经CTCF/CP190或ISWI特异性RNA干扰（RNAi）处理的果蝇S2细胞核的MNase-seq测序数据。
