Bio-Layer Interferometry (ForteBio Octet) was used to determine the binding of TRL antibodies to the extracellular domain of TIM-3.

TIM-3 binding sites of the four mAbs are in close proximity since binding of the high affinity TRL6061 precludes binding of the three other antibodies to TIM3. TRL308 is an isotype control.

四种单克隆抗体（monoclonal antibodies，mAbs）的T细胞免疫球蛋白粘蛋白3（TIM-3）结合位点彼此紧邻，因为高亲和力的TRL6061与TIM-3结合后，会阻断其余三种抗体与TIM-3的结合。TRL308为同型对照。
