Identification of transcriptional difference between platinum-sensitive and resistant patients with ovarian cancer (OV)

Purpose: The goals of this study are to characterize the transcriptional dysregulation of OV. More importantly, the transcriptome differences betweeen platinum-sensitive and resistant patients are compared to identify RNAs that may impact platinum resistance. Methods: High-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was employed to capture the transcriptional changes in OV compared to normal samples. StringTie was used to quantify gene expression and DESeq2 was utilized to compared expression changes between different sample groups. 研究目的：本研究旨在表征卵巢癌（OV）的转录失调特征。更为关键的是，本研究将对比铂敏感与铂耐药患者的转录组差异，以筛选可能影响铂类耐药的RNA分子。研究方法：采用高通量RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，捕获卵巢癌样本相较于正常对照样本的转录组变化。使用StringTie进行基因表达定量，并借助DESeq2分析不同样本组间的表达差异。整体实验设计：针对铂敏感与铂耐药卵巢癌患者开展全转录组水平的比较分析。
