The crystalline and low temperature processable WO3 films, when employed in the fabrication of DSSCs, show significant improvement in performance as compared to conventional TiO2 BL films. For the first time, we report the ɳ of devices employing pristine WO3 surpassing the device performance employing TiO2 BLs.
