Replication Data for: Prairie restoration promotes the abundance and diversity of mutualistic arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

We conducted a study on the effect of ecological restoration of former agricultural fields on the abundance and community composition of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. These files contain data for each sample plot including soil characteristics, AM fungal abundance, species richness, phylogenetic dispersion, and community composition. Each data file has a corresponding metadata file that describes how the raw data has been organized.

本研究围绕退耕农田的生态修复效应展开探究，考察其对丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi）丰度与群落组成的影响。本数据集包含各采样样地的相关数据，涵盖土壤特征、丛枝菌根真菌丰度、物种丰富度、系统发育离散度以及群落组成等内容。每份数据文件均配有对应的元数据文件，用以说明原始数据的整理组织方式。
