Fecal 16S rRNA amplicon data derived from wild bank voles (Myodes glareolus) in Central-Finland Raw sequence reads

We carried out a reciprocal transplant experiment with wild rodents between urban and rural forests. This data represents 28 pre-transfer and 28 post-transfer gut microbiota samples that belong to 28 adult individuals. Additionally, this dataset includes 72 post-transfer gut microbiota samples of juvenile bank voles.

我们在城市森林与乡村森林之间开展了野生啮齿类的互惠移植实验。本数据集包含28份移植前与28份移植后肠道微生物群（gut microbiota）样本，均隶属于28只成年个体。此外，该数据集还涵盖72份幼年林姬鼠（bank vole）的移植后肠道微生物群样本。
