Breast tumors: different structures of tumor cells [gene expression]

Transcriptional profiling of morphologically-distinct structures of breast tumors: tubular, alveolar, solid, trabecular structures, and discrete groups of tumor cells in comparison with normal breast epithelium. The aim was to identify transcripts and cell signalling pathways which could be associated with the development of clinical relevant structures of tumor cells. 针对乳腺肿瘤的形态学差异结构开展转录谱分析，涵盖管状、腺泡状、实体状、小梁状结构以及离散分布的肿瘤细胞团，并以正常乳腺上皮作为对照。本研究旨在鉴定与肿瘤细胞临床相关结构发育相关的转录本及细胞信号通路。本次实验选取5种乳腺肿瘤形态结构样本（n=3），与癌旁正常组织来源的正常上皮细胞样本（n=3）进行对照分析。
