Cloud amount/frequency, NITRATE and other data from XIANG YANG HONG 14 in the TOGA Area - Pacific from 1989-10-16 to 1990-07-14 (NODC Accession 9000249)

The water depth and temperature data along with Ocean Station data was collected from ship Xiang Yang Hong 14 in cruises 7 and 8. The data was collected from TOGA (Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere) Area in the Pacific (30 N to 30 S) from October 1989 to July 1990. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was submitted by First Institute of Oceanography, Shandong Province, China. The data has been converted and is now available on line in C116-Bathythermograph-XBT and C100 Ocean-Station-Data file formats of NODC.

本数据集涵盖的水深、水温数据与海洋站数据，采集自“向阳红14”号科考船的第7、8航次。数据采集区域为太平洋热带海洋全球大气（TOGA，Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere）区域（北纬30°至南纬30°），采集时段为1989年10月至1990年7月。本数据集的原始温深计（XBT，Expendable Bathythermograph）数据，由中国山东省第一海洋研究所提交。目前该数据已完成格式转换，可在线获取，格式为美国国家海洋数据中心（NODC）的C116-Bathythermograph-XBT与C100-Ocean-Station-Data文件格式。
