This dataset contains the following data: experimental treatment ID, collection location, longitude, latitude, altitude, collector, collecting institution, collection date, SPAD readings at the leaf tip, middle part and leaf base of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd apical leaves of watermelon during the rosette stage, vine elongation stage and fruit expansion stage, leaf chlorophyll content and total nitrogen content of watermelon at the three above-mentioned growth stages, as well as watermelon yield and other relevant data.
