MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF THE PLACENTA IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH HYPERHOMOCYSTEINEMIA AND ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION

Hyperhomocysteinemia is one of the most significant metabolic disorders contributing to endothelial damage and placental insufficiency during pregnancy. The present study investigated the morphofunctional alterations in placental tissue among women with elevated plasma homocysteine levels and signs of endothelial dysfunction.高同型半胱氨酸血症（Hyperhomocysteinemia）是引发妊娠期间内皮损伤与胎盘功能不全的关键代谢紊乱性疾病之一。本研究针对血浆同型半胱氨酸水平升高且存在内皮功能障碍征象的女性群体，探究其胎盘组织的形态与功能改变。
