SNAP Gene Predictions

Gene predictions made using the SNAP tool (Korf. 2004. Gene finding in novel genomes) for <i>p450nor</i>-containing fungal genomes. Each file is labeled by the genome assembly ID of the organism. An excel file is available within this directory for perusal of species names associated with each genome assembly ID. The genome assembly IDs can easily link to genomic information using either batch entrez retrieval services or individually typing the IDs as search queries within NCBI's website.

本数据集为使用SNAP工具（Korf于2004年发表的《新型基因组中的基因识别》）针对携带p450nor的真菌基因组所生成的基因预测结果。每个数据文件均以对应生物体的基因组组装ID命名。本目录下附带一份Excel文件，可供查阅各基因组组装ID对应的物种名称。用户可通过批量Entrez检索服务，或直接在NCBI官网以基因组组装ID为搜索关键词进行单条查询，即可快速获取对应基因组的相关信息。
