Additional file 7. Related to Figure S2B. Biological processes related to the proteins of the interaction network generated via the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/ Proteins (STRING) database ( https://string-db.org ) by using proteins encoded by those DEGs taking part to ‘pathway in cancer’ in KEGG pathway enrichment analyses performed on RNAseq data obtained from Caco-2 cells treated with Solution-3 (0.01x) or vehicle (0.8% NaCl) for 24 hours (see Additional file 5-6).
