Nat Commun 15, 808 (2024).https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-024-45105-5"The code to load the model and generate the figures in the article is available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10519578 There are four folders: 'models' contains the trained neural network for the different experiments. 'spikes_data' contains the data used to train the neural network. This can be used to train a network from scratch. 'Van_Hateren_image' contains the image dataset used in the experiments.'stimulus' contains the stimulus used as input to train the forward and actor models.
