Husain lab cell proliferation in vitro experimental data showed a G1 arrest in PMCA4 knockout primary vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC). This microarray documents the different gene expression profiles of PMCA4 wild type and knockout cells at the early G1 stage in serum synchronized cell populations (n=4 populations for each genotype). Overall design: Serum synchronized cell populations were Hoechst labeled and flow sorted for early G1 sub-populations (PMCA4 WT n=4; PMCA4 KO n=4) and total RNA from sorted cells was used for microarray analysis.

Husain实验室的体外细胞增殖实验数据显示,PMCA4敲除的原代血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cell,VSMC)出现G1期阻滞。本微阵列数据集记录了血清同步化细胞群体在早期G1阶段,PMCA4野生型与敲除型细胞的差异基因表达谱,每种基因型设置4个生物学重复群体。实验整体设计如下:将血清同步化的细胞群体经Hoechst染色标记后,通过流式分选获取早期G1亚群(PMCA4野生型n=4;PMCA4敲除型n=4),分选得到的细胞的总RNA用于微阵列分析。
