Zoom (VOI-07) at 1.444um of the colon of donor LADAF-2021-17, scanned at ESRF on beamline BM05 using the HiP-CT imaging technique. Hierarchical Phase-Contrast Tomography (HiP-CT) is an X-ray technique that decouples field of view and resolution to image anywhere in the human body with cellular (micron) resolution. Imaging areas can be full organs at a resolution of 25 micron or zoomed regions in these organs with resolutions between 6 and 0.6 micron, one hundred times the resolution of medical CT.

供体LADAF-2021-17的结肠组织在1.444μm波段下的放大区域(VOI-07),由欧洲同步辐射装置(ESRF)的BM05光束线采用分层相衬断层成像(Hierarchical Phase-Contrast Tomography,HiP-CT)技术扫描获得。分层相衬断层成像(HiP-CT)是一种X射线成像技术,可解耦视场与分辨率,实现以细胞级(微米级)分辨率对人体任意部位的成像。其成像可覆盖完整器官(分辨率为25微米),或选取器官内的局部区域进行放大成像,分辨率可达6至0.6微米,为医用CT分辨率的百倍。
