Marsupella aquatica (robust rustwort), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Marsupella aquatica, common name robust rustwort, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目收集了针对俗名为粗壮锈叶苔（robust rustwort）的水生囊萼苔（Marsupella aquatica）所生成的基因组与转录组数据，以助力其基因组组装与注释工作，本项目作为达尔文生命之树项目（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分。本项目所产生的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开共享。
