Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and infections are major obstacles to perform allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The intestinal microbial ecology is regulated by Paneth cells through secretion of antimicrobial molecules. Paneth cells were targeted in GVHD. Loss of Paneth cells by GVHD frequently leads to intestinal dysbiosis. We evaluated Paneth cells and intestinal microbiota in a HSCT mice model.

移植物抗宿主病(Graft-versus-host disease, GVHD)与感染是阻碍异基因造血干细胞移植顺利开展的主要障碍。潘氏细胞(Paneth cells)可通过分泌抗菌分子调控肠道微生物生态。GVHD可累及潘氏细胞,由GVHD引发的潘氏细胞丢失常导致肠道菌群失调。本研究在造血干细胞移植(hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, HSCT)小鼠模型中对潘氏细胞与肠道菌群进行了评估。
