Data files for the narG phylogeny in Supplementary Figure S3 of "Genetic potential for aerobic respiration and denitrification in globally distributed respiratory endosymbionts".<br><br>Files for a narG gene phylogeny of sequences closely related to the narG sequence of Azoamicaceae. 本数据集为《全球分布的呼吸内共生体的有氧呼吸与反硝化作用遗传潜力》一文补充图S3所对应的narG系统发育分析数据文件。

本数据集包含与偶氮粘菌科（Azoamicaceae）narG基因序列高度相似的序列所构建的narG基因系统发育分析相关文件。本次分析纳入的基因组/宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genome，MAG）均来自基因组分类数据库（Genome Taxonomy Database，GTDB）以及地球微生物组基因组目录（Genomic Catalog of Earth's Microbiomes，GEM）。
