The objective is to know in detail the different variables that condition the qualification of the active and potentially active population of the Basque Country.The basic training characteristics of the working population are presented, focusing the analysis on the type of relationship existing, at present, between formal training and the levels of insertion in the labour market.本研究旨在详细厘清影响巴斯克地区经济活动人口与潜在经济活动人口资质认定的各类变量。本次分析将呈现劳动人口的基本培训特征，重点剖析当前正规培训与劳动力市场就业融入程度之间的现存关联模式。
