FKNMS Stephanocoenia intersepta population genetics and Symbiodiniaceae communities

We described Stephanocoenia intersepta populations among shallow and mesophotic depths throughout Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary with 2bRAD-seq. Additionally we described Symbiodiniaceae communities within S. intersepta samples via ITS2 amplicon sequencing.

本研究利用2b限制性位点相关DNA测序（2bRAD-seq）技术，对佛罗里达群岛国家海洋保护区内浅海及中光层海域的中间星珊瑚（Stephanocoenia intersepta）种群进行了表征分析。此外，本研究通过ITS2扩增子测序技术，对该中间星珊瑚样本内的虫黄藻科（Symbiodiniaceae）群落展开了解析。
