Invasive pathogen induces a selective antimicrobial peptide response in a susceptible vertebrate host
收藏资源简介:
This repository provides a comprehensive resource for analysing antimicrobial peptide responses to Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) exposure in the Mallorcan midwife toad (Alytes muletensis). It includes curated peptide abundance datasets, sample metadata, analytical scripts, statistical outputs, and visualisations used to characterise changes in skin peptide profiles following Bd exposure. The repository contains the workflows used for data processing, compositional data transformation, diversity analyses, multivariate analyses, and differential peptide abundance analyses. All components are provided to support transparency and reproducibility, allowing users to trace the analysis from the underlying datasets through to the statistical results and figures presented in the associated research.
