Toxicity of phenanthrene to Acropora cervicornis

The dataset includes toxicity information for the scleractinian coral species Acropora cervicornis following a 48-hour exposure to phenanthrene. Laboratory assays were conducted at Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center. The dataset includes coral color/condition scores, photosynthetic efficiency (PAM) measurements, growth rate, and mortality of the coral nubbins at each time point. Also included is the concentration of phenanthrene in each exposure chamber at the beginning and end of the exposure.

本数据集收录了石珊瑚（scleractinian coral）物种鹿角杯形珊瑚（Acropora cervicornis）经菲（phenanthrene）暴露48小时后的毒性实验数据。全部实验室测定工作均在诺瓦东南大学海洋中心（Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center）完成。数据集涵盖各时间点下珊瑚断枝的颜色/健康状态评分、光合效率（PAM）测定值、生长速率及死亡率数据，同时补充了各暴露舱在暴露起始与结束时刻的菲浓度信息。
