Microbial diversity comparison between environmental and culture-derived samples (French Durance river)

16S rRNA V3-V4 variable region sequences of envirnomental and culture-derived bacterial samples. Bacteria were sampled in the French Durance river at three sites : upper Durance (UD), medium Durance (MD) and low Durance (LD). At each site, three replicates of surface river water were sampled. Illumina 16S sequences are provided without primers and barcodes.

本数据集涵盖环境来源与培养来源的细菌样本的16S rRNA V3-V4可变区序列（16S rRNA V3-V4 variable region sequences）。所有细菌样本均采集自法国迪朗斯河的三个采样位点：上游迪朗斯河（UD）、中游迪朗斯河（MD）与下游迪朗斯河（LD）。每个采样位点均采集了三份表层河水平行样本。本次提供的Illumina平台测序所得16S序列已去除引物序列与条形码序列。
