Data of Total IgG Oral group

Time-course of the serum total IgG antibody response against Lp ACERL, Lp ACERL/LcIL-12, ACERL, LcIL-12, Lp and PBS immunization<b>. </b>Balb/c mice were immunized thrice via oral administration according to the immunization table of Table 4. Mice were sample bled at 21, 35 and 42 days for determining the total IgG antibodies. Control mice of Balb/c mice immunized with PBS and <i>L. plantarum</i> were also sample bled. Each sample was analyzed in triplicates. Results are presented as mean ± SD of the mean (pg/ml) with mean values of p&lt;0.01 = ** between the groups of thrice immunized mice (ACERL, Lp ACERL and Lp ACERL/LcIL-12 group) with the groups of twice immunized mice are significantly different. <br>

针对Lp ACERL、Lp ACERL/LcIL-12、ACERL、LcIL-12、Lp及磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）免疫组的血清总IgG抗体应答时序。Balb/c小鼠按照表4的免疫方案，经口服途径实施三次免疫。分别于免疫后第21、35及42天采集血液样本，以检测血清总IgG抗体水平。以PBS及植物乳杆菌（L. plantarum）免疫的Balb/c对照组小鼠同样进行采血采样。每份样本均行三次平行检测。结果以均值±标准差（mean ± SD，单位：pg/ml）呈现；三次免疫小鼠组（ACERL、Lp ACERL及Lp ACERL/LcIL-12组）与两次免疫小鼠组间的差异具有统计学显著性（p<0.01，标记为**）。
