Oligosaccharides improve gut health and function via promoting the production of spermidine in chickens gut transcriptome

We cloned and expressed marine bacterial agarase in Pichia pastoris GS115 and investigated the role and the underlying mechanisms of the enzymatically prepared NAOS in improving chicken gut health and function.This part of the data is the transcriptome of the cecal tissue.
