本研究采用RNA测序(RNA sequencing)技术,对比三类样本的转录组表达谱:分别为在马铃薯葡萄糖(PD)培养基上培养5天的菌丝体、PD培养基上培养15天的菌丝体,以及添加聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)的PD培养基上培养15天的菌丝体。整体实验设计:针对每一类样本,均构建独立测序文库,并通过Illumina NextSeq 500测序平台完成测序。
