Genome-wide analysis of mRNA expression after stable transfection of Lin-28B or Ago2 in H1299 cells

Analysis of gene expression as a result of long-term Lin-28B or Ago2 overexpression in H1299 cells. Total RNA was isolated from the exponentially growing, stable cell lines, labeled, and hybridized to Illumina human HT-12 Beadchips.

针对H1299细胞中长期过表达Lin-28B或Ago2所致基因表达变化的分析研究。从处于指数生长期的稳定细胞系中提取总RNA，经标记后与Illumina人类HT-12微珠芯片进行杂交。
