Effects of the Timing of Carbohydrate Intake on Metabolism and Performance in Soccer PlayersThis study aims to provide information to improve the performance of athletes, comparing the effects of carbohydrate–electrolyte intake before and during exercise on metabolism and performance in soccer players. The study had a single-blind cross-over design. Drust’s protocol is a soccer-specific intermittent exercise test. The carbohydrate-electrolyte intake experiments were divided into three timings: first, Pre-exercise; second, Half-time; and third, Mixed.Respiratory gas and heart rate (COSMED Quark CPET, Rome, Italy) are continuously measured during the soccer-specific exercise tests. Ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) are measured every 15 min on the Borg scale (Borg, 1975) divided into steps 1 to 10 Respiratory exchange ratio (RER), CHO oxidation, and fat oxidation were expressed by an equation using the measured oxygen consumption (VO<sub>2</sub>) and carbon dioxide production (VCO<sub>2</sub>).Measurement variable: RER; RPE; Fat oxidation, Carbohydatre oxidaion, Heart rate, Running time, Running distance<br>

《碳水化合物摄入时机对足球运动员代谢与运动表现的影响》 本研究旨在为提升运动员运动表现提供科学参考,对比分析运动前及运动中摄入碳水化合物-电解质制剂对足球运动员代谢水平与运动表现的影响。本研究采用单盲交叉试验设计,Drust方案为足球专项间歇运动测试方案。碳水化合物-电解质摄入实验分为三种时机:其一为运动前摄入;其二为中场休息时摄入;其三为混合时机摄入。 在足球专项运动测试过程中,采用意大利罗马COSMED Quark CPET设备持续监测呼吸气体与心率。采用博格量表(Borg, 1975)每15分钟记录一次自觉劳累分级(Ratings of Perceived Exertion, RPE),量表等级划分为1至10级。呼吸交换率(Respiratory Exchange Ratio, RER)、碳水化合物氧化量与脂肪氧化量通过实测的耗氧量(VO₂)与二氧化碳生成量(VCO₂)结合计算公式得出。 本研究的测量变量包括:呼吸交换率、自觉劳累分级、脂肪氧化量、碳水化合物氧化量、心率、运动时长与运动距离。
