CELF4 silencing in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors cell lines

CELF4 splicing factor was silenced using siRNA in BON-1 and QGP-1 cell lines to study transcriptomic changes. For each of the cell lines, four biological replicates were transfected with Scramble control and CELF4 specific siRNAs. Total RNA from these samples (two days after transfection) was sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 2x150 paired end reads.

为研究转录组学变化，本研究通过小干扰RNA（siRNA）在BON-1与QGP-1细胞系中沉默了剪接因子CELF4的表达。针对每一种细胞系，均设置4次生物学重复，分别转染阴性对照Scramble序列小干扰RNA与靶向CELF4的特异性小干扰RNA。于转染后两天收集上述样本的总RNA，采用Illumina NovaSeq测序平台进行2×150 bp双端测序。
