Here, we evaluate the bacterial communities associated with the growth of tank-raised Posidonia angustifolia seedlings grown in autoclave treated and untreated propagating 'play sand' and a natural meadow mix (comprising beach sand mixed with meadow sediment) over a 12-week period. Comparisons are made with the samples collected from native meadows (comprising P. angustifolia fruit and roots) to determine bacterial taxa that may support improved vigor.
本研究针对人工槽培育的窄叶波喜荡(Posidonia angustifolia)幼苗生长过程中的细菌群落展开评估。实验中,幼苗分别栽培于经高压灭菌处理、未灭菌的育苗用细砂,以及由海滩砂与海草床沉积物混合而成的天然海草床基质中,整体培养周期为12周。本研究同时以原生海草床采集的样本(包含窄叶波喜荡的果实与根系)作为参照组进行对比,旨在筛选出可助力植株提升活力的细菌类群。
