从野生型（wild type，Wt）与miR-499转基因（transgenic，Tg）小鼠的皮下脂肪垫中分离得到成脂诱导的基质血管细胞（stromal vascular cells，SV cells），对其成脂标志物开展定量聚合酶链反应（quantitative polymerase chain reaction，qPCR）检测；同时从野生型与Sox6基因敲除（knockout，mKO）小鼠的皮下脂肪垫中分离得到成脂诱导的基质血管组分（stromal vascular fraction，SVF），对其成脂标志物进行qPCR检测。误差棒代表均值标准误（standard error of the mean，SEM），统计显著性通过双侧Student t检验进行评估。*p<0.05，**p<0.01。
