Studies of microbial diversity on wastewater samples

Next generation sequencing provides new insights into the diversity and ecophysiology of bacteria communities throughout wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), as well as the fate of pathogens in wastewater treatment system. In the present study, we investigated the bacterial communities in two WWTPs in North America that utilize Bardenpho treatment processes.下一代测序（Next Generation Sequencing）为解析各类污水处理厂中细菌群落的多样性与生态生理学特性，以及污水处理系统内病原体的归趋提供了全新视角。本研究针对北美两座采用巴登福处理工艺的污水处理厂，对其内部的细菌群落进行了调查分析。
