Identification of a sex-determining locus in Armadillidium vulgare

This project aims at identifying a locus controlling sex in the common woodlouse Armadillidium vulgare, via pool sequencing of bothers and sisters, and individual parent sequencing, in two families.本项目旨在通过对两个家系中的同胞兄弟姊妹开展混池测序，并对亲本个体进行单独测序，以此定位调控普通卷甲虫（Armadillidium vulgare）性别的基因座。
