Pool-seq data to 120X depth of coverage for several East African populations of cattle including: Ethiopian Boran (n = 30), Kenyan East African Shorthorn Zebu (n = 100), Ugandan Ankole (n = 70), Tanzanian Zebu (n = 100), and Nigerian N'Dama (n = 39).
