The Translesion Polymerase Pol Y1 is a Constitutive Component of the B. subtilis Replication Machinery

This repository contains three zipped folders with data and code related to the manuscript entitled "The Translesion Polymerase Pol Y1 is a Constitutive Component of the <em>B. subtilis</em> Replication Machinery." The folders contain: Figure data: plotted data organized by manuscript figure number (as MATLAB workspaces, .mat files). Functions: MATLAB functions needed to 1) integrate MicrobeTracker cell segmentation analysis with u-track point source detection and tracking analysis and 2) perform subsequent processing of u-track analysis results (as MATLAB scripts, .m files) Scripts: MATLAB scripts needed to perform different types of data analysis (as MATLAB scripts, .m files). These scripts are organized by 1) integration time (short vs. long exposure) and 2) type of analysis (radial distribution function analysis, diffusion coefficient analysis, etc).本仓库包含三个压缩文件夹，内含与题为《跨损伤聚合酶Pol Y1是枯草芽孢杆菌（B. subtilis）复制机器的组成型组分》的研究手稿相关的数据与代码。各文件夹的具体内容如下：1. 图数据：按手稿配图编号整理的绘图数据，以MATLAB工作区文件（.mat格式）存储。2. 功能函数：用于完成两项任务的MATLAB函数：① 将MicrobeTracker细胞分割分析与u-track点源检测及追踪分析进行整合；② 对u-track分析结果开展后续处理，所有函数均以.m格式的MATLAB脚本文件存储。3. 分析脚本：用于执行各类数据分析的MATLAB脚本（.m格式），脚本按两项标准分类：① 成像曝光时长（短曝光与长曝光）；② 分析类型（如径向分布函数分析、扩散系数分析等）。
