ORG.one project - Aythya baeri - Baer's pochard

Rapid sequencing of the Critically Endangered Baer's pochard (Aythya baeri) as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo. Sequence data was generated from an adult female individual at RZSS Edinburgh Zoo, UK, biobanked by the EAZA Biobank at RZSS WildGenes Biobank. Libraries were prepared at the Natural History Museum and sequencing was performed at Oxford Nanopore's London Calling 2024 conference.
