qPCR AriaMx files for the different groups of mosquitoes exposed and unexposed to insecticides

The AriaMX files contain qPCR templates that were ran on AriaMX machine and used to extract the Ct-values of different mosquito groups exposed and not exposed to insecticides. The name of the AriaMx files correspond to the names of the excel sheets uploaded. For instance; excel file; plateWT1_Deltamethrin exposed_p4 AA1 M2 gste4 coe 4j5 p3 gste5 _Ct-values.xlsx corresponds to the AriaMx file; qPCR_plateWT1.amxd and so on.

AriaMX格式文件包含于AriaMX实时荧光定量PCR仪上运行的实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应（quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, qPCR）模板数据，用于提取接触与未接触杀虫剂的不同蚊虫群组的循环阈值（Cycle threshold, Ct）值。AriaMx文件的命名与上传的Excel工作表名称一一对应。例如，Excel文件"plateWT1_Deltamethrin exposed_p4 AA1 M2 gste4 coe 4j5 p3 gste5 _Ct-values.xlsx"对应的AriaMx文件为"qPCR_plateWT1.amxd"，以此类推。
