正元城市信息模型（CIM）基础平台

为贯彻落实国家战略需求，顺应国家新型智慧城市建设，深度融合GIS、BIM、IOT、大数据、云计算等技术，研发正元CIM基础平台。通过汇聚地理空间、BIM、物联感知及行业专题海量异构数据，对真实三维空间进行全息场景重建与模拟，打造“地上地下全空间数字孪生体”，实现海量CIM数据的汇聚管理及地上地下一体、室内室外一体、二三维一体的高效加载浏览，提供数据融合与治理、资源管理、数据查询、空间分析计算、模拟仿真、数据共享交换、系统运维管理等功能，为城市运行管理提供智能数字底座，有效推进城市数据资源成果的深度集成与应用。

In response to national strategic demands and in line with the development of China's new smart city construction, the Zhengyuan CIM Basic Platform is developed through the deep integration of technologies including GIS, BIM, IoT, big data, and cloud computing. By aggregating massive heterogeneous geospatial data, BIM data, IoT sensing data, and industry-specific thematic data, the platform conducts holographic scene reconstruction and simulation of real three-dimensional spaces, creating a "full-space digital twin of aboveground and underground spaces". It realizes the centralized management of massive CIM data, as well as efficient loading and browsing with integrated aboveground-underground, indoor-outdoor, and 2D-3D spaces. The platform provides functions such as data fusion and governance, resource management, data query, spatial analysis and calculation, simulation, data sharing and exchange, and system operation and maintenance, serving as an intelligent digital foundation for urban operation management, and effectively promoting the in-depth integration and application of urban data resource achievements.
