This dataset was collected during the field demonstration and validation process of the volatile organic compound membrane interface probe (MIP) equipment. A total of 8 field demonstration validations were conducted to verify the functions, performance and sampling performance of this MIP device, covering field validation plans, site information, sampling point layout plans, validation results, customer trial report evaluations and other relevant contents. This dataset is mainly generated from experimental tests, and it is independently produced raw unprocessed data. Relevant quality control measures were implemented throughout the data generation and collection process of the project, including complete data generation procedures, processing methods and quality control protocols. The entire dataset has not undergone any modification, ensuring its authenticity and reliability. After integration, this dataset is used to analyze whether the MIP equipment meets the design and R&D requirements, summarize the operational performance under different sites, strata and soil properties, and derive corresponding regular patterns. This dataset is in PDF format with a total size of 23.4 MB. It can be used for operational guidance and standardization of sampling operations related to contaminated site soil investigations, and provide parameter support for the R&D of related equipment.
