af47_硫氧还蛋白(thioredoxins)——WS与DE、DY品系比对实验
本实验采用铁氧还蛋白-硫氧还蛋白还原酶(ferredoxin-thioredoxin reductase)的敲除突变体,评估质体硫氧还蛋白的氧化还原扰动对拟南芥转录组的影响。实验比对了野生型(WS)以及2株来自凡尔赛INRA保藏库的铁氧还蛋白-硫氧还蛋白还原酶可变亚基T-DNA插入突变株系(DY与DE)。

整体实验设计:共开展4次染料互换(dye-swap)实验,采用CATMA基因芯片(CATMA arrays)完成检测。
