Transcriptome sequencing of the spleen of chicken embryos after immunization against the virulent strain F48E9 (control group)

After immunizing chicken embryos with Newcastle disease vaccine and challenging the virulent strain, the spleens of the chickens were taken for transcriptome sequencing. It is expected that through the transcriptome differences between the immunized group and the immunized control group, the long-term immune protection mechanism provided by chicken embryos immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine for the host can be preliminarily analyzed .

以新城疫疫苗（Newcastle disease vaccine）免疫鸡胚并使用强毒株攻毒后，采集鸡只的脾脏样本进行转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）。本研究拟通过免疫组与免疫对照组之间的转录组差异，初步解析经新城疫疫苗免疫的鸡胚为宿主提供的长期免疫保护机制。
