2B. 采用定量聚合酶链反应(quantitative PCR, qPCR)测定分别感染KOS-SPA与KOS-UL98的潜伏感染(再激活0小时)与再激活(再激活60小时)神经元内相对病毒DNA(viral DNA, vDNA - ICP8)水平。 2C. 采用逆转录定量聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription quantitative PCR, RT-qPCR)检测分别感染KOS-SPA与KOS-UL98的潜伏感染神经元(再激活0小时)中裂解期mRNA与潜伏相关转录本(latency-associated transcript, LAT)的相对表达量,检测靶标包括ICP27(immediate early, IE)、UL30(early, E)、VP16(late, L)与gC(late, L)。 2D. 再激活后18小时(I期)时裂解期mRNA(ICP27;UL30;VP16;gC)的相对表达水平。 2E. 再激活后48小时(II期)时裂解期mRNA(ICP27;UL30;VP16;gC)的相对表达水平。 2F. 分别感染F/L或其回复突变病毒F/LR的潜伏感染神经元在I期再激活过程中ICP27 mRNA的相对表达水平。 2G. 分别感染AN-1或野生型毒株KOS的潜伏感染神经元在I期再激活过程中ICP27 mRNA的相对表达水平。
