Ammonium oxidizers in Lake Constance

The study aims to identify different ammonium oxidizers in the water column of Lake Constance. Samples were taken at the rutine sampling place of the Limnological Institute of the University Constance (47°45''27.19"N, 9° 7''44.60"E). Samples were taken between summer 2014 and winter 2016 at 1 m, 15 m and 85 m below the lake surface. Samples were seperated between a 5.0 µm to 30.0 µm group and a 0.1 µm to 5.0 µm group, using filtration.

本研究旨在确定康斯坦茨湖（Lake Constance）水柱中的各类氨氧化菌（ammonium oxidizers）。样品采集于康斯坦茨大学湖沼学研究所（Limnological Institute of the University Constance）的常规采样点，采样坐标为47°45′27.19″N，9°7′44.60″E。样品采集时间覆盖2014年夏季至2016年冬季，采样深度分别为湖面下1 m、15 m和85 m。本次研究通过过滤操作将样品划分为5.0 μm至30.0 μm粒径组与0.1 μm至5.0 μm粒径组。
