Activation of mucosal immunity against viral infection and Modulation of gut Microbiota through supplementation of Pectic oligosaccharide is studied under this project本项目围绕两项研究内容展开：一是抗病毒感染的黏膜免疫激活，二是通过补充果胶寡糖（Pectic oligosaccharide）调控肠道菌群（gut Microbiota）。
