On the occasion of the OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann’s visit to Buenos Aires, Argentina’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Pablo Quirno, submitted Argentina’s Initial Memorandum to the Secretary-General, thereby taking an important step forward towards accession to the OECD.
