MGE Sequence

Integrases and transposases sequences were conducted by searching the protein sequences in NCBI RefSeq database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/). Insertion sequences (ISs) elements sequences were conducted by ISfinder database.

整合酶（Integrases）与转座酶（Transposases）序列通过对NCBI RefSeq数据库（https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/）中的蛋白质序列进行检索获得。插入序列（Insertion Sequences，ISs）元件序列则通过ISfinder数据库获取。
