Dataset production context : A perforated silica layer with structural correlation is engineered using sol-gel chemistry, applied to large-scale flat and curved sur-faces. The anion(s) used in the preparation give tailored spatial correlation, and control over perforation size and density. Surface structuration is rapidly and reproducibly created using water and salts as inexpensive and ecofriendly reagents.
数据集制备背景:本研究采用溶胶-凝胶化学(sol-gel chemistry)工程制备具有结构相关性的多孔二氧化硅层,该材料可应用于大规模平面与曲面基底。制备过程中使用的阴离子可赋予材料定制化的空间相关性,实现对孔径尺寸与孔密度的精准调控。本方法以水和盐类作为廉价环保的反应试剂,可快速且可重复地完成表面结构化制备。
